The Spring Council of Chiefs and ACT Conference is a weekend event where the Section leadership gather at the location of the year’s Conclave to tour the camp and its facilities, as well as finalize activity and program offerings. In addition, the Section is proud to offer the annual Adapt, Collaborate, Thrive Conference to provide lodge and chapter leadership the tools and resources they need to deliver the best program they can to their Arrowmen.
